HERE IS A THIS IS ME PICTURE THAT WAS TAKEN BY THE PARK SERVICE GEOLIGIST. WHAT YOU CAN SEE THROUGH THE WINDOW IS THE WEST BOWL OF THE TRELIKA, ONE OF THREE BIG GLACIERS THAT MAKE UP THE MULDROW GLACIER. THE WALL OF ROCKS ABOVE THE GLACIER IS THE EAST SIDE OF MT. MCKINKEY, WE ARE 10,800' IF YOU LOOK AT THE ALTIMITER, JUST BEARLY OVER HALF WAY UP TO THE TOP. THE SECOND PICTURE IS WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE WITHOUT ME IN THE WAY. I HAD JUST PASSED OVER THE SILVERTHROWN COLE 10,200' AND WE ARE ON OUR WAY TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE MOUNTAIN TO SURVEY KAHILTNA GLACIER(ONLY 45 MILES LONG). THAT IS THE GLACIER THAT THE BASE CAMPS ARE ON FOR ONE OF THE MOST CLIMED ROUTES.
